Each of our consultants is trained in all aspects of client service, which include initial fact finding, identifying clients' specific needs, structuring and dovetailing the insurance product, securing firm offers from underwriters, premium payments, issuing policy documents and liaising with clients' nominated trust managers.
Life insurance is a lifelong process and our consultants will conduct annual reviews with each client. Together with the annual statement, the client will be presented with an analysis of the performance for the year.
