Each of our consultants is trained in all aspects of client service, from the initial fact finding, identifying clients' specific needs, structuring and dovetailing the insurance product, securing firm offers from underwriters, premium payments, issuing policy documents and liaising with clients' nominated trust managers.

Life insurance is a lifelong process and our consultants will conduct annual reviews with each client. Together with the annual statement, the client will be presented with an analysis of the performance for the year. 

In 2006, the PCS Division was named the Leading New Distributor among wealth management service providers at the Transamerica International Distribution Meeting, an awards programme organised by Transamerica Life (Bermuda). The award represents recognition for JLT Asia/PCS as a high potential value producer.
